Atheon Analytics was crowned Technology Supplier of the Year at the 2013 Grocer Gold Awards, held at London's Guildhall on 11 June 2013. The awards ceremony, hosted by Patrick Kielty, celebrated the best in UK grocery retail over the previous 12 months, and named supermarket Aldi as Grocer of the Year.

The Technology Supplier category was contested by Atheon Analytics, Mobilize SystemsSlingshot and an in-house entry from grocer Londis. Atheon's entry was based on its JS Analytics service (now known as SKUview) and highlighted the commercial returns achieved by customers such as Petface; the judges commented on the outstanding financial benefits, and the huge need for improved visual tools to tackle the vast amounts of data collected by grocery suppliers.

The award was collected from Patrick Kielty and editor of The Grocer, Adam Leyland, by Guy Cuthbert (Managing Director) and Ian Hall (Commercial Director) of Atheon Analytics.
